Learn to Establish Your Own Practice

Each week, we will explore and build on the following:

  • Sitting, Walking, Standing + Lying Meditation

  • Develop an Understanding of Mindfulness Fundamentals

  • Feel Comfortable with Breathing Practices

  • Accessible Mindfulness Techniques

The course will provide hands-on practical experience with opportunities for reflection and questions.
