Sitting, Walking, Standing + Lying Meditation
Develop an Understanding of Mindfulness Fundamentals
Feel Comfortable with Breathing Practices
Accessible Mindfulness Techniques
The course will provide hands-on practical experience with opportunities for reflection and questions.
