Cancellation Policy:
For in-studio classes, please cancel at least 3 hours before class start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will attract $5 penalty (for every 2 such classes of non-show or late cancellation over a 14-day period).
If you cancel less than 3 hours prior, without notice, then the class fees or pass will also be forfeited.
For early-morning classes, if you are unable to attend - we request you all to cancel the booking the previous evening by 8pm.
We fully understand that life happens and there might be emergencies in some cases, so please let us know as soon as possible and we can do the needful to support you. Humbly request your cooperation in this regard. Many thanks.
