
You are invited to explore this ancient but simple practice that helps cultivate calmness, clarity and connection. During this course, Lucy will guide you as you learn meditation techniques and the Buddhist philosophies that help to contextualise them. You will also gain an understanding of how to use mindfulness in everyday life to support ease, relaxation and focus.
