You are invited to explore this ancient but simple practice that helps cultivate calmness, clarity and connection. During this course, Lucy will guide you as you learn meditation techniques and the Buddhist philosophies that help to contextualise them. You will also gain an understanding of how to use mindfulness in everyday life to support ease, relaxation and focus.

What to expect:

  • Exploration of meditation techniques and Buddhist philosophy.

  • Develop an understanding of mindfulness in everyday life and how it supports ease, clarity, relaxation, and focus.

  • Insight into breathing and meditation practices to be used and explored at home.

  • Sequentially build and reinforce learning from each week.

  • Ongoing support through questions and discussions.
