Book in for a 2 hour journey through the body, working with self-massage tools (blocks, balls, your own hands!) to release tension in areas you didn't even know you were carrying it. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a wonderful way to work with your tissues, and the techniques you'll learn will be complemented by time spent luxuriating in Yin shapes, restorative breathwork and a short guided meditation.
