
Winter encourages us to draw inward, retreat, and seek refuge—trusting in the natural process of rest, stillness, and renewal. It is the most yin part of the season, a time to rest as we nourish and restore.
Lucy will guide us through seasonal qigong practice; six healing sounds; yin yoga and restorative, intuitive movement, followed by some warm tea.
What to expect:
~ Qigong knowledge and a sequence to be used and practiced at home
~ The 5-element practice and its relationship to Winter
~ Space to rest and reset, ending in some delicious yin
~ An introduction to the ancient 6 healing sounds
~ Supported meditation instruction and practice
