At the end of Summer we feel lighter, revitalised and have access to contentment. In Chinese medicine we are governed by the "Earth Element" where there is more stability (you will feel it in the weather) and an opportunity to be centred and deeply content.
The seasonal practices offered are to support you as you tap into your own wisdom and contentment to nourish, remember, and ground yourself. When you are grounded, there is a greater trust and receptivity to the natural movements of life and less resistance, more fluidity and peace.
