
This workshop will provide you with techniques to develop and refine your relationship with the breath via Pranayama.
We will investigate different practices that can be used to help energise, calm or balance the nervous system depending on what's needed in the moment, and explore how moving through all three states is optimal for healthy nervous system regulation.
At the end of the day you will leave with 2 take home sequences of approximately 20 minutes each to facilitate your ongoing Pranayama practice.
