
Join David to release, relax and unwind using self-massage techniques alongside the practices of Yin and Yoga Nidra.
Book in for a 2.5 hour journey through the body, working with self-massage tools (blocks, balls, your own hands!) to release tension in areas you didn't even know you were carrying it. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a wonderful way to work with your tissues, and the techniques you'll learn will be complemented by time spent luxuriating in Yin shapes, and a practice of Yoga Nidra.
Leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, and empowered to continue supporting your body at home with the techniques used on the day.
